As Formal Recruitment is just right around the corner, I speak not only for myself but the entire Beta Epsilon chapter when

I say, we cannot wait to meet each and every one of you this August during recruitment. We are very excited to open our arms to welcome

fresh, new faces into our chapter! Formal Recruitment is one of the most anticipated and treasured event of the year for Alpha Phi, and we

work hard all year to make recruitment a special experience for

you. We are thrilled that our members will have the opportunity

to share with you the values and characteristics that constitute

the life of an Alpha Phi. These values include: sisterhood, leadership,

scholarship, loyalty, and service.

I sincerely welcome you to join the journey! I remember being nervous

during the recruitment process, because I did not know what to expect, but immediately as I walked through the doors of Alpha Phi I felt at home. Since then, it has become my place of comfort and stability. During the week of recruitment, my admiration for the women of Alpha Phi only grew stronger.

This incredible group of women continues to amaze me every day with

their ambition, kindness, and the love we have for one another. I

feel so lucky to be able to say, “I am an Alpha Phi” and to share the

college experience with my best friends. The recruitment

process is an amazing chance to find a home that will encourage you,

accept you, and provide you with unconditional love, like I found in Alpha Phi. All of us are anticipating meeting you in August, and we wish you the very best of luck during recruitment!
